• All payments must be made 5 working days before commencement of course

• Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer ​

• Refund of fees :

  • 100% refund for written notification 5 working days before commencement      

  • 100 % refund due to course cancellation by TDS 

  • 50% refund for written notification within 5 working days before commencement

• After commencement / No show – No refund

• Registration can be transferable if applicant is unable to attend the course. Please inform TDS of the transfer via email: sales@teamdesignsolutions.com at least 2 working days before training date.
